Sunday Sketches

All week long I doodle in my sketch book and no one ever sees them but me. So today I want to start something new, Sketchpad Sunday.  Each Sunday I'll add the new things from my sketchbook so that you get a glimpse into where my mind goes as it wanders through the day. 

I'm not a great sketch artist, but I enjoy it and it helps me keep ideas fresh in my mind. There could be doodles, doll ideas, notes to my self and any number of odd things. One of which may be Mac's signature from time to time. LOL He enjoys helping me sketch. 

So here goes. This is my sketch book from today.

    I love this idea! I have an Art Journal also but I don't keep up with as often as I probably should.

    It has full blown drawings that started out as sketches but then I couldn't stop myself :D Also written directions and littles sketches of Art doll ideas, ornies, sculptures, etc.

    Could I do posts of Sunday Sketches, too???
    It's like looking behind the scenes....lol. I like seeing the doodles of anothers imagination.

    I'm glad you like the idea, Summer. It's not an original idea, but it's fun!
    There are tons of people all over the net that are doing their version of Sunday Sketches.
    I think it's a great idea for any creative person, so by all means, sketch away! I can't wait to peek into your sketchbook! :)
